We realize that chairing or participating on a selection committee for a gala event or corporate party, whether for the first, or the 10th time, is always challenging, time-consuming, and often stressful. There are many decisions that have to be made. Once you’ve set the date and booked the venue, it’s time to make what many people consider the most important and difficult decision of all: the selection of the “right” band.
